In case of extreme circumstances such as any exigency e.g. late running, train diversion or no availability of the passenger(s) on the Berth/Seat at the time of Delivery, Late request , Incomplete information provided by the Passengers/Customers etc.
* Refund concerns are addressed on priority basis and are liable to be settled within 72 hrs from the time of refund complaint registration at our website/ app.Refund requests won't be entertained for orders whose ordering date exceeds more than a week from the time of registering complaints.
